Rear brakes don't work

I have a 2002 Yamaha blaster that was converted to the fluid rear brake. When j bought the atv the rear brake was beyond hard to push and stayed down when pushed. I've tried removing pressure front the line and the pedal still does not return unless pulled up and now they brake pads won't make contact with the caliper. So long story short my rear brake won't engage or return to the upright passion

Might be an old collapsing hose . Allowing pressure to the caliper, but won't allow it to been off.
Also clean the caliper and use caliper grease one sliders.

So I did that bled the brakes and now I have no rear brake pedal will go down but won't engage the brakes are completely bled
