how would i do against a stock bansee?

i dont take any bike lightly trust me. ive seen some fast sleepers out there. some people dont understand what porting can do on a 2 stroke.

it is unbelievable, as you can see from some of the post on this thread.

yea i can see it plaing and clear. some people think that all you can do to a blaster is put some bolt ons, on it. bigger crank, port matching, ported piston, exhaust ports and intakes you will have yourself a runner. of course you have to upgrade the carb and other items. everything has to flow and work together. im sure flowtech can make a screamer.

ill second that one...i would say at least 75 or 80 percent of the blaster owners on here dont have a single clue what their bikes are capable of, with the right port work and setup.

i have 2 jugs that Denny has ported for me, he does good work. we are testing some differant sizes carbs right now, differant degees of timing
according to the weight of the rider. small tweeks here and there make all the differance. we also build big bore can-ams. naturally aspirated makes
175 hp at the tire.

back to the topic. no pun intended. with the right work done to your bike you can smoke a stock shee. if you have the money get some good port work done. good port work on any 2 stroke really brings them to life.

im not talking about a 50hp pump gas blaster, im talking about this thread directly. Did you put a lot of time into R&D or buying other manufactureres pipes and putting your tag on it? As far as FLOTEK, i race in oakboro nc with a friend who has one of his drag motors, and i have seen it beat modified banshee's, not stock shee's. You must be right about every single drag video though, they probably are all hoax's...im sure it was all a plan in front of crowds to let a blaster beat a banshee. Im positive youve spent more money than me on products and services, and im sorry you havent found any that could impress you. Im glad i have though. You are right about being in the business of the public also..does that make you a builder or a salesman though?...i think salesman (correct me if im wrong)

oh my god...the can am's....last year at the track i seen that can am run with a drag banshee..and i talked to danny today (hobbyhorse) and it sounds like its had a incredible amount of work done to the engine..CANT WAIT TO SEE THE THING RUN THIS YEAR.

Just for the sake of argument. LTR450's with the $20 cherry bomb plug-in and the pea shooter spark arrestor removed consistently break into the 50's.

hmm, i recall in a quad mag. i have that they were testing a ton of diff. pipes on 450s and the best pipe, made only in the high 40hp range

dont know a thing about the 450 bike and quad engine differences, but i was riding with a bunch of guys at durhamtown ga and one guy said he had put a crank in his yfz from a yz450f b/c it had a longer stroke...dont know...
