Wsm Piston brand ?

Well While Looking on E-bay for Pistons and kits , and Ran Across this Yamaha Blaster +.010 Platinum Piston/Engine Rebuild Kit | eBay

It Says it's a High Strength Hardened Piston , So is that Cast or Forged ?

It's A Great Price if you were to Just want to do it Cheap Price wise , I'm Not really looking to buy this kit Just looking for Opinions And Comments about the High Strength Hardened piston it comes with haha

Yes they are , There Made by Art , Who Makes The original Factory Piston , I've used Wiseco before And I Like them , But there Pricey now a days , Its Over 100 Just for the piston kit not including all the gaskets at most shops or just About Anywhere , I Had Good Reliability for 4 years from my stock Piston , I'm Looking for the Best Bang for the Buck , I WILL Not use a Namura Piston , But Others I'm Open To Suggestions and Reviews !

Stay away from those cheap azz gaskets you'll have more leaks than soaker hose! Don't cheap out on internals bro! Piston may be ok, but i wouldn't trust any of the other stuff!

weisco or nothin! ur better off going with the more expansive brand. it will last longer, and less prone to fail and cost u more money to fix it agian.

No RTV on my Stuff , Maybe Yamabond , but that's as close to any kind of Sealant I will use

All natural I see.
I've used it for the intake, but that was it I would not use it for top end.

yeah the intake side is the only That Should need any type of sealant , The base and head gaskets do there job for the most part

Agreed. Ppl use it for the exhaust too, but I would think it would melt to the cylinder and be a huge pita to get off.

No problems sealing a DMC, they utilise a system like the stock pipe.

Had one on for 18 months now, and no leaks or spooge.

Mine had trouble, bug if I run it rich for a few rides, it seals fine.

Well I ended up With a Wiseco 66.25mm .10 Over piston from SCD in Trade for a jug and head and he Threw in crank seals that i Needed too !
