Anything is possible if you have the right tools for the job, including a good imagination. A moped throttle cable to the stock blaster thumb throttle may be difficult to adapt. Also routing the exhaust to clear the frame and not to interfere with anything. Customizing the exhaust would be needed since the exhaust is designed for a 2 Wheeler. The exhaust would be too close to the foot rest and or rear tire.
