i read on here before about cutting the stock pipe open, well i did that ended up cleaning it all out and had a buddy weld it back up, i thought after he welded on it, that it would never fit right, but it did and made a big diff, i had to rejet..

yea lol the previous owner was kinda a wierdo but did kno his stuff other than lying about a big bore, i just got the swinger off and motor and electronics out, im suprised that the home made swinger is hollow and aluminum, the paint is coming off of it fairly easy other than the dam good primer they used lol, ima try and get some pics up real quick.

How would i go about cleaning the paint off of my shock springs? it really looks like its going to be a pain in the butt...

i just sanded mine a lil and pianted them. But did you say the swinger is aluminum or did i read that wrong? And you cut your pipe open and hollowed it out? any pics of that
