Last July I bought 7 acres with a 24 x 24ft cabin on it. Since then I have dumped $8,000 into it. $2,000 of that was for fill to prepare the site for a garage, $2,000 for the slab and $4,000 for the garage itself. Me, my dad, and a buddy built the garage ourselves. It's just as big as the cabin 24x24 with a 16 foot overhead door. Can't wait to fill it up with the toys.
