What's up with this?

So I've been looking around trying to find something 4x4 to race my 1999 Acura integra 5 speed for and I found a 1999 jeep Cherokee sport lifted on 31's at a local dealership and went and talked to the owner and he's interested in taking my car on trade in. He went inside and looked at all of his paper work and he came back out and was like we have a problem. Supposably all the paper work he has for the jeep says it's an 89, and the registration sticker that's in the window says it's a 1999. What the hell is up with that?

^^^ that really sucks dude, and i'd say you won't trade if it's an 89 or if it's a 99 and the paper work isn't fixed.

Yea idk what's gonna happen. He said he's gonna try and figure it out but idk how the hell that would happen.

sounds like a good trade but wtf with the paper work. tell him to run the vin to find out exactly wat year it is.
