I have a 2007 blaster with stock motor and full Fmf pipe and i never re-jetted as it did not need it but now i want some more performance ..... Reeds , remove the airbox etc. Any tips on what size jet to run and how i go about putting in the reeds and what ones are best. Thanks.

Try a 280 jet.... you CAN NOT run stock jet!!

Reeds, head mod, remove TORs (not performance, just do it :p), air box lid

And sorry to break it to you... They didnt make blasters in 2007

Sure hope not jetting for the pipe does not come back and bite you!

FMF needs at least a #260 main jet.

Removing the air box will need two sizes more #280.

Put the air filter directly on the carb throat, plus one more, #290.

Pre mix at 32:1, that's one more size again, #300.

Plug chop to confirm.

Reeds will not increase power, but will make the throttle more responsive giving the impression of more power.
