havent been on here in a while but i recently did some upgrades on my blaster and was wondering what size jets i should be using.... hopefully theres someone out there with a similar setup that can give some input... i forgot what im running now but i will update as soon as i get to the garage

ct racing exhaust, ken oconnor porting and head mill, clamp on k&n filter, 35mm kehin pwk carb, vforce 3reeds, and +3 vitos crank

thanks in advance

what elevation and temps you plan to ride in ?
filter clamped right to carb ?.....better off with a 4-6" straight pipe between carb and filter, to allow the air to straighten out before rushing over the jets. filter directly on carb has been known to cause jetting headaches.

for your mods, 34-36mm keihins like.....

45-48-50 pilot, use the airscrew adjustment method to get it right:

DGH or CEL needle (D for higher elevations like my 1800', C needle for lower elevations like sea level to 1000')
these are a MUST !!!!!
middle clip position usually works, but...........
1/2 throttle plug chops to determine clip position, or drop clip till it rich bogs, then back up one position.

I'd buy 148 thru 155 mains, strart large and plug chop down

ebay may, and carb parts warehouse, have jets and needles

@ 1800' elevation in summer temps, my similar build excpt I run a CFM box w/ UNI filter, same engine mods and pipe, stock stroke crank.
my 34mm Keihin runs 48 pilot, airscrew under 2 turns out for highest idle, DGH needle on middle clip position, 155 main
