What causes this/ new piston

Carbon build up. What oil are you using?

Kgibson what intake did you run on the cvt machines you used to run.

using 800 with 91 octane and 110 vp mixed 50/50 at 32/1 oil

What reeds were you using in the koso as i have used both sets that came with it and both sets have broke.

used both glass and carbon.... never broke a reed. Are u sure the woodruff key didnt sheer and the flywheel is on right. That backfire is what broke the reeds

The single stage ones broke when we were trying to get it jetted after first built it. 2 stage reeds just broke today. i was talking to you about the bogging problem yesterday. Today it ran the same way but then acted like reed was missing then backfired so pulled air filter and found piece of reed so pulled top end and fished out the rest. This bike is a pain in my ass
