well expect they both have 4 wheels, they both are 4 strokes, they both have a-arms and an axle. but you can say that about almost any quad.

It doesn't appear to be a knock off of a Cannondale at all. Cannondale's biggest thing is the aluminum frame.

no aluminum frame, doesn't look like EFI, isn't a 440, no hydro clutch.

and just because it was part of cannondale doesn't mean sh*t. it uses the predator engine.
but if what you say is true, then chrysler can be based off benz since they use to be owned by them.

figured that also.. what surprised me was the power.. my buddy had a 250 china quad and it was pathetic, about as fast as a 110cc trike
