tuning help!

I just finished putting together my motor. All work done by ken. Redesigned head, port and polish, bored .40, +3 stroker, fmf exhaust (head pipe and silencer), boyseen reeds, +3 timing (DIY), oko 30mm carb, k&n air filter open lid. This thing is super mean did the head cycle compression is about 160 ish, no leaks and runs great except for 1/4 throttle. The plug chop turned out great and it runs perfect WOT but it sputters/hesitates 1/4 throttle. I did research and saw something about the pin. Mine is an 80 should I change it to something else or is there another way to tune the carb in. Thanks Guys Pics of motor to be posted tomorrow

List your main, pilot, needle, needle clip and air screw specs.

162 main,slow 50,80 needle, middle clip position.

I def recommend port and polish really wakes her up. Also screw is 1 turn out
