TRX450R Rebuild

Sorry I couldn't Help myself!

Just ordered a CRF450r clutch kit for it. It gets rid of the dumb judder springs and has heavier pressure plate springs. That was $50.

I finally got the swingarm bolt out so I can get the bottom end on the bench. Crank should be back from falicon soon.

I will take some pics next time I go out there. Doesn't look like I'm going to be able to buy and build this bike on a $3500 budget. The head is going to be around $800 and the crank is going to be around $500. Bye bye budget.

Tab = $2,490

Waiting on parts, but I got the motor out and ready to be rebuilt.

This is priority tomorrow. Have to get this bike fixed up and out of here. This bike is going to get my basement finished! Nothing like the barter system!!

I'm not sure. There aren't any numbers on the cylinder. I'll be popping the cylinder off today because the base gasket is leaking. Need to set float level too.

I will be getting a duel exhausted crf250r that is hammered. so I will be in the same boat except 2 less wheels.
