i got a 86 trx250r for $500 and it needs some things but i am going to make a post after i get something and all and what i am looking at getting
i am looking at some maier plastics front and back all red for $160 shipped the front are a race look and the rear look like a stock set of rear and then i will be selling my stock plastics. i am also looking into getting a paul turner pipe and silencer for $90 shipped

not yet i am getting this becasue of the good price and i am ordering an ignition coil and coil wire then trying that and i think it will run and clean the carb.

i might also be trading some baster stuff to homdaddy for +2 a arms ltr front shocks and electrical stuff

Warning: honda oem parts at the dealer are considerably more than yamaha. try pricin new plastic for a 250r at the dealer...

it might be a good idea to check the welds on the frame since 86 & 87 both years have the weaker frames just a heads up. way good deal i hade a pt pipe on mine it was not a bad pipe.
