Do I cut any wires coming out of the cdi. To eliminate yor tors? Iv took the. Box on top of carb and done the throttle cable, spliced the wires under the hood and seat. The plug sparks like hell. But there doesn't seem to b getting. any fuel to the plug

What year is it?

If you have had the carb off and have inverted it, floats have been known to stick in the up position cutting off fuel.

Crack open the float bowl drain screw and see if a constant dribble of fuel comes out of the drain hose.
