Since my buddies suggestion of put some bubble gum on it didn't work 8-|. What would be the suggested cost effective route to go with for this top end? Is there anything else I should look out for as long as the top end is off?

Depends on budget. If the funds are available I would send it to Ken Occonor. Get the cylinders bored, ported, and get the head rechambered. Would double the horsepower.

$0.00 is always the preferred budget, but I'll give Ken a call on Monday.

What was your buddies idea? :S

I had asked my buddy if duct tape will fix it, and he replied to try bubble gum instead.
