I want to become a supporting member but I am worried about wear they say it will be renewed automatically. Do they give you a chance to cancel your mebership before they renew you or do have not choice once you sign up?

When you subscribe through paypal you can go to your paypal account and cancel the subscription and it won't renew the next time
