Hey guys I was wondering whats a better investment for power for the price. I can either buy a 3MM stroker crank and install that or get a port and polish done for the same price. What are the net gains from either mod and I know your supposed to work from the bottom up but extra funds for my blaster don't come by that often. Thanks !

the port and polish and getting the head redesigned is going to be leaps and bounds above just putting a stroker crank on

most important question : is your current crank worn out?? if so get the stroker if not get the porting. FLOTEK does some amazing work, my blasty riiips :)

if you plan on doing one now and the other later, get the stroker first. then when you do get it ported you can have it matched to the 3mm crank to maximize your gains ;)

im doin this hopefully send my head to get skimmed this weekend cant wait
but theres only one blaster specialist in uk Ian E Racing | Motorcycle Performance Parts & Tuning
and its more expensive what im gettin
head maching £169
cylinder work £139
im not gettin rebore yet but thats £99
and +4mm stroker only £169
or is all this exspensive would it be cheaper to buy from USA and ship it to uk:eek::)B)

head matchin is kinda of up there but u can get the head reworked pretty cheap in the states but how much would it coats to ship it out here if you ship your out that would get expensive the 4mm will coast you 180 cause you have to get your bottom end redone and i would do that there but see if they can cut you a deal sence your gettin all that work done

it would definately be alot more badass if you got your port work here.

I don't know. After you add in shipping to the states and the amount of time it's all going to take for turn around, you may be better off to get that shop over there to do it. At least they have pictures of worked up blaster cylinders. Who knows how their porting work would compare to a tuner on this side of the pond but the same can be said about three different tuners over here!

I would probably call Ian E racing and talk to them about your power output goals and see what they recommend.
