Stock Sprocket Hub Help!

Hi guys i fitted my renthal sprockets tonight. i have the stock sprocket hub with the sort of circle plates with the tab on them for keeping nut in place. i kind of never noticed them when i went to take the first nut off and one end of the plate is broken. i am left with one whole side and half on the other. was wondering if its worth while repairing it or just getting a different hub? just i haven't seen them plate things on the aftermarket hubs.

are you talking about the locking tab plate? there are 3 total.. i have ran without them but if your worried about loosing a bolt either use loctite or buy some on cheapcycleparts.com

Use some blue locktite and you will be fine.

sweet! so you don't actually need them? just i will take them off again if you don't as they look ugly on a new shiny sprocket!!

thanks dude yeah i know there's 3 but i only broke one lol. but just going to take them off as i don't like them on my new sprocket 8-|

yeah man just purchased high strength(red tube) off ebay should have it in time when i get exhaust so i can get out
