I got and 03 from guy its had been rebuilt recently his son left seat off and air box top off motor got full of water I guess water froze and push seal out on the clutch side so I replaced it it did fine for a few rides but all of them was no more 5 to 10 minutes ride I took it friends to it did find of about and hour then got smoke bad I mix my fuel so it not a oiler problem i told crankcase was seal with yamabond only when it was rebuilt. What should I be looking to do besides leak down test will do that soon

That's it what I'm afraid of but after I put all the seal in on that side it did good till I got hot we rode for about a hour before it got to smoking I started yesterday it smoked but started to clear up some I'm hope it's just that collar

The case gasket and crank seal is only places for the oil to leak in to piston side unless case is cracked correct
