stiffer shocks

i have been using my blaster to haul my friends around the area and through the fields, with 2 of us on there the blaster shocks are almost pressed in all the way , im 162lbs and hes 178lbs or so , can i upgrade to a more stiff suspension ?

People like 400ex rear shocks. You need to get the KOR bushing with it. That's a cheap option or you could find works on ebay.

none of the above are stiffer than the stock blaster shock, yours is prolly blown from the gang bang you've been having on them
a newer stock shock is prolly your best option

Never heard of anyone wanting stiffer shocks! Lol. In you case that is your best bet ^^^^^

thats alot of weight your asking for problems although im guilty of doing it on ocassion

I know the little Blaster has a longish seat but it is really not designed for 2 adults.

Buy another Blaster and have them ride with you, so much more rewarding.

Not advised ...I believe the stock max weight that Yamaha lists for the Blaster is 220 lbs . That means at 340 you are overloading it by 120 lbs or the weight of a small 3rd person ! The guy I got my Blaster from was 200 lbs, the shocks were blown and springs were sacked .
