Steel Or Aluminium

Hi guys hoping someone can tell me from pictures if these look like Steel or aluminium rims. also do they look like they have been painted black? they were on a Yfz quad.

i see they say yamaha, all the factory yamaha aluminum rims i've ever seen have the double rolled outer lip
i'd say those are steel

ah cheers! i might remove the black as well as it will be better than them being painted lol but il see will any paint stripper take Hammerite Paint Off ?
