its called water transfer printing

the base is powder coat then the print and then it gets clear. powder is good up to 400 deg

he has even better mor realistec carbon fiber prints. the ones i used on the YZ80 and are blaster cover are ok but he has better they are all the same price . i just grabed the first 2 and used them on my covers.

I saw this process on TV. They lay a film on the surface of the water and then dip a part in it. It's pretty freakin' cool. Don't know if this guy is legit or not but the same thing is on e-gay.
