Rear Brake Piston help 03+

I went to replace my rear pads today and I can't get the piston to go back any further. Some help would be greatly appreciated, and yes I've tried searching.

what method did you use to push it in? a small c clamp should press it in

I just used my hand, which got it most of the way. I don't have a c-clamp, but I'll get one tomorrow though.

that should do it for ya. they can be hard to push sometimes

place an old brake pad in there to push with the c-clamp,
and taking the resiviour cap off allows the fluid to push back into the rezzie easier (the fluid has to go somewhere when pushed out of the caliper)
