are these holes susposse to be there?they look like they are but im not sure and it sounds like thats where im getting my leaking at?

if i think im looking at the right part that would be the side of the case with the clutch on it and they are there to provide a path for the clutch to get fluid if im not mistaken

yes its the clutch side.thats what i thought they were for but i cant find an airleak no where else so idk what to do
