does anyone know where i can get a pro circuit exhaust flange? or do you think i could make one easly with a welder?

im bidding on one on ebay and it didnt say that it didnt come with it then i found out so i need to know if i need to cancle or what
is the flange pictured in the ebay ad, so I can identify it for you....if you're still unsure.
no i know it doesnt come with it i need to know where to buy one or if it would be easy to make one
i have good fab skills and i have a good friend whos a welder. does anyone know if the flange is at an angle to make it air tight or is the pipe? yall know what i mean?
You should be able to buy one right from Pro Circuit
Or to make one you could cut a peice of 1/4" steel, drill the mounting holes in it and weld a piece of pipe on to it that will fit inside the Pro Circuit pipe

yeahh thats what i was thinking and not an angle a taper lol i couldnt think of the word lol

inside the neck of the pipe there's a back stop the flange hits.
