yeah it sucks....he worked in a fab shop as a general laborer, i have years of mig tig and stick experience....i've tried to help with his welds but he gets pissed off

ive heard you can use your hamstring as a replacement when your powerband goes. tends to get you out of breath and it pays to get a friend to lend you his hamstring too. that way you get back to base quicker..
