Plz help engine issues

I have a 2003 blaster 200. Just have a fresh top end put in it. It is running with about 40% power and won't hit powerband. Bike will idol and run fine. If put at 1/2 throttle in neutral will run away to full throttle and hit rev. Plz help

Did you break it in? Also do you have TORS still conected? You might have carb problems or a throttle cable problem

i have ran it through 6 heat cycles the tors is still connected but I like boys down really bad when you try to shift. It has no power like it used to

air leaks and jetting?
whats your pipe air box elevation jets etc
leak down test it
i would take soapy water or starting fluid and spray around everything the carb boot where the pipe meets the jug the cases head gasket base gasket anywhere where air could be leaking.... also around spark plug

also is your carb slid sliding all the way? and do you have the tors unplugged?

I do not know how to tell if the carb is sliding all the way I will make a leak tester today and test to see if there are any leaks

And should I have the tors plugged in or not ?

Im not entirely sure how to plug up the engine on the carb side either to do a leak down test
