it appears your threads aren't cut off far enuf, and it was ran further than just the required 1 hard full throttle run ?
and also possibly ran on the pilot and needle circuts too ?
try again and follow the DIY to the tee to get it right

You were absolutely right about the threads . Only problem is I cut it right where the smoke ring was supposed to be so a redo is in order. The d.i.y
