Okay so, just rebuilt 05 blaster, .20 over piston, fresh hone, fresh seals, gaskets, you name it... rebuilt carb (new components) new reeds... TORS SYSTEM STILL HOOKED UP, ALONG WITH OIL INJECTION.. first start up, sounds okay, but will not idle at all, turn the idle screw on top of TORS system and no change till a certain point and then it’s instantly past half throttle idle..

I’m stumped, please help, and ask questions if not understanding

Those idle screws on top of the TORS are notorious for doing what you're experiencing, Time for a complete TORS delete kit with regular carb cap and idle screw installed on the carb ....

As for the carb rebuild, rarely do those rebuild kits contain genuine mikuni parts and jets, I'd suggest to just thoroughly clean all the original mikuni jets/needle and reinstall them.
o-rings, gaskets and float valve from the rebuild kits are OK, but other than dirty, nothing can go wrong with the original jets and needle, and they are held to stricter tolerances than aftermarket jets.

Have you tuned the airscrew for highest idle ? it may not idle at all, or respond to the idle screw if not .....

Yes I’ve messed with air screw plenty, cannot get it to idle without about 50% throttle and continuous rising..
and yes I used original jets and not the rebuild kit ones, I learned that the hard way with my Honda 125.. I mainly needed the bowl gasket but said why not on the kit..

But yes I’m probably going to go with delete kit here, but question being what the heck do I do with all the bs wires once I put a regular cap and cable on “delete kit” ??
