Okay so. I bought a 99 blaster. It has no head light, tail light, key switch, oil light or anything I've read about. I don't know what tores is or whatever but I'm assuming its not on there. I know very little about electrical stuff. Some wires on the front of my wheeler are no connected to anything and it ran fine till one day the 2 wires that go to your head light touched together on the handle bars and some sparks came off. It then bogged out and shut off and would not start again. Every now and then it'll start and then bog out. Carb is clean. Electrical problem?
please help!

Sounds like you should go through complete harness.
At the very least tape off any exposed wires, duh.
You could have melted/shorted wires in the harness under the tape.
May have to ohm/continuity check everything.
