no spark

i have a 200 blaster with no spark i have changed the plug several times and have checked the ground wires, should i assume it is coil or try removing the TORS or something else?

dats how mine was n the tors was partially disconnected but not all the way so check it if ur not sure wat ur doin the go to diy and theres a post on removing the tors

i lost my spark but when i removed the TORS it was fine..

what year is it? because on the newer blasters you have to splice wires back together in think!

Darrell that is correct if u dont have the tors brain on your blaster u have to splice 2 wires that come out of the cdi because for some reason yamaha put the brain in the cdi box..im not sure as to what yr they started that sh*t

I used the clip from the tors on the carb that I cut off. Sodered it together and plugs right into the cdi box
