need help adjusting my suspension

when i bought this bike it already had the suspension upgraded, i know that the front shocks are works but im not sure if the rear one, i also would like to stiff it up a litttle bit but it has 2 diff. dials one on the shock an one on the ressi...have no idea how to adjust it,

i think the one on the shock is the preload and the one on the resi is dampener hard or soft im pretty sure

yea ybs right the shock is hard or soft usually they have h and an s and the rezzi is rebound speed

so if i wanna stiff it up some ill turn the dial up on the shock?

yeah i would say the higher the number the stiffer the shock, and that looks to be a "works" rear, from the looks of the spring retainer

cool thanks...so the front should be the same if i turn the dial on the ressi bottle to the right it should stiff it up a bit right?
