Other: this quad is now fully rebuilt. the chassis/suspension/brakes has had every bearing and or seal replaced with fresh ones new brake fluid and brake pads, every nut and bolt possible on the whole bike has been changed for a stainless steel allen bolt stainless nyloc nuts and stainles washer throughout. if i havent replaced anything it has been cleaned and painted. the motor has been fully rebuilt, every seal and bearing changed in it including the gearbox also a new selector shaft and peg. the motor is built inside brand new crank cases, they dont even have numbers on them.
the wiring loom is chopped all un-necassary wiring removed, tors lights etc. im bound to have missed something but thats about it, i do still have to modify the airscoops to fit and modify my QZR heelgaurds to fit these nerfs.
