I have custom aluminum wheel spacers i made, and i want to keep them on because i like them. I think i can fit the blaster hubs on the banshee axle and run with my custom spacers and wheels. But how much wider is the banshee axle then the blaster axle?? And id like to save some $$$ and not buy a banshee axla

the banshee axle is like 3.5 inches wider.

you should be able to use your old axle with a banshee carrier. a banshee axle will go into an older blaster rear carrier, not sure why it wouldn't be able to go the other way
