Low trans oil?

I changed my trans oil with atf type f before I rode the other day I put 21 ounces in it and I just now drained it and it only had 18 ounces in it? There are no leaks on the case and don't think I have a bad deal cause I just had the bottom end rebuilt last year. There is no white smoke either. When I checked it cold it was at the top line on the window. Am I ok or do I need to look into this?

Did you drain it with the motor hot?

I started it to move it. For like a minute

I like to warm the bike up first, thins the oil so more comes out. I would say your good. Think about all the oil that's sitting in the gears and such. I've always filled up with 650 ml, and always come up a little short when I drain it.

Also, if you only pull the drain plug, a little bit will be stuck in the clutch cover or other areas lower than the plug
