Its guys like these who give ALL ATV riders a bad name in the eyes of many! Idiots. Obviously they're "too cool" to wear helmets or obey the law. Its one thing to hop from trail to trail while riding on a paved road, but these guys are ridiculous.

I honestly don't care what they do to themselves or their ATV's, but if I was riding around Philly and one of these fools wrecked and tangled up with me......It would not be a good day for the Banshee rider. If ya want to act a fool, take it somewhere where traffic isn't a problem.
