I have begun to make my tester. I am going to lowes for the rest of what I need tomorrow. I already have brass T, 15 psi gauge, schrader valve, hose, and other brass fittings. My question is, what is the exact size of the pvc that goes in the stock boot? I have searched and seen 1" x 1/2" and 1 1/2". I know nothing about pvc measurements. Are these the same? Also can someone verify the expansion plug size for the exhaust? I would just measure, but I wont be able to till the weekend. Thanks

the intake requires 1-1/2" pvc internal plug, not a cap.

i do not think an expansion plug can be used in the cylinder exhaust port ? i've only ever used an 1-1/2" in an aftermarket pipe flange.
you may get a 1" expansion freeze plug (not plumbing) to fit into the exhaust port ?? but 1-1/2" plumbing is too large.
IMO.....it is best to use a plate/rubber gasket for the stock exhaust
