So I have been very eager to do the Leak Test on one of my Blasters ASAP. Managed to get some Plumbing parts together and after struggling to get the damn TESTER to hold the pressure, it finally did.
With the gauge I had available, it was difficult to get 7PSi. Think I managed to get around 8.4 Psi and that was held steady for 6 minutes.
Very happy. Below are some pics. Leak tester built from what I had in garage and a glue gun.
Amongst other things that was used lol... Door stopper rubber, Flexible sink drain pipe LOL.
Also on the exhaust port, all I did was cut a piece of tin the right size and loosened the exhaust header and slid the tin in. Tin was finished off with insulation tape for a nice seal LOL.
