Well i picked up a $450 kx125 project to give me something to play with.its definitely a project.but that's why i bought it.
Looks like original decals.someone took care off it at one time.the person i got it from ran it in the groundLooks fairly clean ! keep the pics coming
It's a 98. Just saving the older 2ts.i ussualy have a project to play with.its not about the money. Sometimes im ahead sometimes behind. It doesn't really matter it's a hobby. Fix them ride them have some fun.this is going to be a spare bike for now.my blaster is fully rebuilt. So unless i want to make it shinny. This is it. Yz just started smoking.so i will be putting crank seals soonThat thing is sweet! At least you only spent $450 for your starting point rather than the $800 I did for my '92 YZ250. What year is that thing anyways, it looks like a late 90's or very early 2000's model.
I definitely miss having a two-stroke bike.
Are you going to track this or use it as a woods bike? Fastway makes a nice wide pegView attachment 34325 Swingarm and linkage bearings were good. So they were cleaned and greased. Everything is nice and tight. Installed swinger and shock.plus the aftermarket pegs.
Track days are over.its a play bike.mostly trail riding.might see a track once in a while for a short burst. Are you going to track this or use it as a woods bike? Fastway makes a nice wide peg
Ah, very nice! I've always been a fan of IMS products. I had an IMS shifter on the YZ250 and an IMS oversized tank on my WR426. Very nice quality stuff.View attachment 34328 i believe they are a little wider.sharp as hell.
Their a nice piece.better than stock pegs imo.Ah, very nice! I've always been a fan of IMS products. I had an IMS shifter on the YZ250 and an IMS oversized tank on my WR426. Very nice quality stuff.

Maybe I'll try them on the yz down the roadIf you didn't have your IMS pegs, I definitely would have suggested these
