i got it on ebay and the discription didnt say anything was wrong with it but some one ported it with a dremel can anyopne tell me if i wasted my money?

That is how mine looks, it's fine. Is it a BB kit. I have a BB kit with a L.A. Sleeve and they have a little thicker wall. With the bigger O.D., that is how they look if it's a l.a. sleeve
I dont think its the inside of cylinder he's worried about, it's the outside of sleeve and where casting is missing that concerns him. It's ok, that is exactly how mine looks.
im talking about all the casting thats gone im worried about more of it breaking off and beating up my piston
the cylinder is definitely modified, the reason why the color is different is because whomever did modify it went past the aluminum casting and was modifying the iron sleeve
IT IS OK. Nothing has broke off. It looks exactly how mine does. They removed that casting on perpose when pressing in sleeve . I have a L.A. Sleeve brand sleeve and they are thicker walled than others, mine looks the same with no problems. Dont worry about it run it.
