I think it all depended on where you lived? Higher elevations thinner air= less jetting required

i've owned 3 blaster.... 1 brand new, and worked on at least 5 others, all had a 230 main jet in this region of the US.

What size is recomended for port polish and full fmf exhaust ?

i like to start way big, for those mods and your elevation in PR, i'd buy 300/290/270/260, start big and plug chop down to perfection, then maybe throw 1 size larger in for temp changes without having to rejet daily
