I found a blaster on Craigslist and it says it's a 280 big note? Here's the link. 2000 blaster 280cc. Is that even possible?!

280cc may be possible but the owner thinking .080" over bore makes it a 280cc is far far more likely the case here. With a +4 crank it would take a 76.5mm bore to get to 280cc but I would think that would take allot of work to the cases

He says it has extra power valves too? Is it possible he took the cylinder from a bike that has power valves then bored it to a 280 or bought a big bore kit that's meant for something else?
no power valevs arent on any aircooled motors. only liquid ones. and that motor is the standard blaster motor bored to .80. he just simpally thinks that because its bored to .80, it makes it a 280cc. i thought that too when i bought mine.

Trinity Racing had a 285cc kit!!! But that 280cc blaster on Craigslist is probable just a .080" over bore..lol
someone should call trinity and ask them about it...but i would def like hear someone who has a 300cc kit that thing would be a beast lol
300 would be a beast for about a 45 min ride , then it probably wouldnt have any compression after you shut it down haha
that 45 minutes would be AAMMAAZZIINNG haha but why would it lose compresion? what exactly do those kits come with??
He could have atleast taped the wheels up better, before spray painting the rims. lol. And I hope he painted both sides !
