Mikuni Carburettor. I believe it's the standard Carb the Blaster comes out with.

This is the idle air adjusting screw. Is it correct? being so blunt nosed?

PS: I have a rev hunting condition on the Blaster hence I am starting with the basics. As to are all parts correct.

TIA

Thanks for confirming. I am in the process of assembling the casing. Will start looking for my revving up on idle issue soon as I fire her up. Probly in the next three days. Have a feeling the pilot jet is to small.

Current Main Jet is 300 and Pilot is 32.5. Mikuni Carb.

Before
you start it do a leak down test. You very likely have an air leak.

Too late. Disassembly is already done. Busy reassembling the casing currently. Weird thing is I doubt it's an airleak as I have used this carb on another bike and it did the same. So the problem HAD to be on the carb (excluding the piston and needle). My thoughts are the pilot jet is too small but I will try and tube it once it's starting up again.
