Idle screw kit in but still no idle

I installed the idle screw kit from Vito’s , i filed it down flat before installing , didn’t take much off just enough to make it flat , drilled tapped and put screw in but it still won’t idle even with the screw all the way in , do I need to file down more ?

I had same problem, file at least another 1/8 off.

Took some more off and it’s idling good now

Would also suggest putting a spring on it to hold it in better
