Alright, so I'm tired and to lazy to type everything out again but here is a thread I have going on my hydraulic disk front brake conversion
got some warrior hubs - E2S

You made alot of un-necessary work for yourself. Shouldve just bought banshee/warrior spindles with the hubs and everything. There is a writeup on ATV riders and its linked somewhere in here on how to do it.

yea i had the same style set up. but i want some newer cailper the older j a-arm brakes are big and bulky.

I saw that before, but I dont want to trust my well being to that little bolt holding the top ball joint. That just didnt look safe to me, I know this will hold up for sure
