how to wire wally lights

Take the 2 black wires from each light(may also be white) and ground them to the frame,I use harness and frame but frame works best.Take the 2 white wires from each light and put them on the green and yellow wires out of the headlight switch.Easy peasey.
dual stroke if i ground them to the frame wont i get a shock whenever i touch the frame? and how would i ground it to the frame? like solder it to the frame? sorry but im new to electrical
You wont get shocked by grounding a ground to the frame! You dont need to solder the ground to the frame either! Just get an eye terminal (electrical connector you can crimp onto the wire or wires) that is big enough for the screw or bolt to go through depending on the location you choose or an even easier method if you still arent sure is to strip the shielding off the wire far enough back you can wrap the bare wire around the bolt or screw before you tighten it back down...thats it, you're grounded!
