how do I put my carb back together

I took it apart to clean it and when I put it back on...it loses all tension in the throttle lever so if I start it, it is on open throttle

Check to ensure that the slide is in correctly. it has a notch and will only slide in all the way if correct

yup slide only goes one way/there is a notch.
and you should be able to test it by pushing throttle back n forth/whatching slide go up n down all the way,with it hanging off quad
