high idle

okay i have a 1999 blaster. i recently had carb rebuilt about two months ago and i have a new airfilter using premium fuel bike was running great.today ran for about three hours and all of a sudden kick it over idle's very high and moves with no throttle.my question is what may cause high idle that does not go away. any help will be great

see if thumb adjustment has moved should have some play if its super tight will cause high idle or throttle being held
