Help with top end

Top end is making a tic soind when running has been bored over 40 and stroked it runs excellent and has great power but the sound of the top end is worrying me

are you using a spacer plate or the head been cut/adjusted to make up for the additional stroke ? has to be one of the 2

ports chamfered by whoever bored it ?

Im pretty sure they used a spacer plate

I took the top end off last night and there's no marks from piston there no scratches in the cylinder the head is fine the crank is good and i have plenty of clearance. You can hear the sound more around the flywheel so i took that off and its not hitting anything so I really dont know

Hard to tell exactly, I'm not hearing anything overly bad, just the usual blaster tick
leakdown tested ? exhaust sealed up ?

Make sure the hole in gasket is bigger than the piston.
